[Big Pole Case Study] Shirakami Sanchi Water Pavilion

Introducing a case study of the implementation of the high-density magnetic flux active water device Big Pole in manufacturing, sales, and retail industries.

We have introduced the "Big Pole" at the "Shirakami Mountain Water Museum" in Akita Prefecture. This is the renowned water "Shirakami Mountain Water," a natural spring rich in minerals nurtured by the beech forest, which is collected and bottled through non-heated filtration. Using a horizontal boring method, raw water is collected laterally from the rock formation on the slope of Mt. Momimiyama, which is over 600 meters above sea level, and sent through direct piping to the production facility located 6.2 km away. It is produced without being stored in water tanks, directly through the Big Pole. Emphasizing the natural cycle, the raw water is free of bacteria. Therefore, an environment is created for water collection that prevents the raw water from coming into contact with air, thus avoiding bacterial growth. [Case Study] ■ Models Used: BIGPOLE 40A, 50A ■ Purpose of Introduction - To prioritize the natural cycle in water collection - To further enhance the blessings of nature and the water of life *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Big Pole Case Study] Algae Control

Not only does it have a lasting effect on the water supply, but it also extends to wastewater (drainage), suppressing algae even after it has been discharged!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Big Pole," a high-density magnetic flux activated water device that efficiently activates large amounts of water. In a food factory, activated water was used as tap water, and after being treated as wastewater, a clear difference in algae growth was observed in the river downstream where the wastewater flowed out, compared to upstream. 【Implementation Effects】 ■ Suppression of algae and blue-green algae *These results may vary depending on the usage environment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Big Pole Introduction Case] Cattin Italia

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Big Pole, in a restaurant.

A casual restaurant called Cattina Itaria, located in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, known for its delicious water, has introduced the "Big Pole." Customers who are particularly interested in water are reportedly enjoying taste comparisons using Big Pole water with salt and wine. Additionally, differences in cooking, texture, and flavor are evident; the boiling time for noodles has decreased, and vegetables and tomatoes for salads become fresh and crisp when soaked in Big Pole water. Their proud iced coffee starts with the water. It is said to be smooth, rich, and resistant to oxidation. They are effectively utilizing Big Pole water to ensure high customer satisfaction. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: BIGPOLE 25A ■ Benefits of Introduction - Reduced boiling time for noodles - Vegetables and tomatoes for salads become fresh and change in texture when soaked in water - Properly drained, they have a longer shelf life - Their proud iced coffee is smooth, rich, and resistant to oxidation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Dipole Introduction] Yorozuya Co., Ltd.

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in the manufacturing, sales, and retail industry.

The company Man'ya located in Ibaraki Prefecture has introduced "Super Taniida Store" with the "DIPOLE" system. When displaying vegetables in the store, they are always soaked in water before being arranged, and the mist shower in the vegetable section produces a negative ion shower with DIPOLE water. Compared to the previous tap water shower, the freshness has improved, and leafy vegetables that used to wilt in one day now last about two days and have become livelier. In the fresh fish section, which uses the most water, thawing frozen tuna with DIPOLE water has improved the color of the tuna and increased its shelf life. Additionally, the water and ice service has also received positive feedback from customers. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Implementation Effects - Leafy vegetables have a longer shelf life - Frozen tuna has improved color and shelf life *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Big Pole Introduction Case] Nyuzan Deep Sea Water Salt Production Co., Ltd.

Introducing examples of the implementation of the high-density magnetic flux active water device Big Pole in agriculture, fisheries, and seafood processing industries.

We have introduced the "Big Pole" to Nyuzensui Deep Sea Water Salt Manufacturing Co., Ltd. located in Toyama Prefecture. The salt produced by passing through the Big Pole is said to dissolve smoothly in the mouth, spreading umami flavor. Using deep sea water sourced from the depths off Toyama Port, the water first passes through the Big Pole, and then again during the tank discharge of saltwater from which calcium sulfate has been removed from the high-concentration brine. Additionally, it is used in three processes, including passing through after extracting salt from raw nigari to produce refined nigari. Furthermore, the Big Pole is also attached to well water, which has improved the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reduced fuel costs. It seems that the thermal efficiency of the deep sea water itself has also changed. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: BIGPOLE 25A ■ Purpose of Introduction - Used in three processes when utilizing deep sea water ■ Effects of Introduction - Improved thermal efficiency of the boiler and reduced fuel costs - Changed the thermal efficiency of the deep sea water itself *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
